The sea buckthorn is a real ally of health! It is an antioxidant fruit that has a very high vitamin C content (about 15 times more than a kiwi and 30 times more than an orange!), is rich in carotenoids, vitamin E (more than wheat or maize), in amino acids and minerals (potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus), B-sitosterol and polyphenols. The sea buckthorn also contains vitamin A (more than the carrot), vitamins B1, B2, D, F, K, P. But it also contains and the beneficial fatty acids Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-7, Omega-9 (the only plant that includes them all at once!).
