Description Sona PregnaPlan Complete is a comprehensive prenatal supplement for mother and baby, from before conception, during pregnancy and after into the postnatal period. It contains the recommended levels of many key nutrients as well as Omega 3 Fatty Acids, to supplement the diet and help to maintain the health of mother and baby.
