A world first!For the first time there is organic gelatin powder.Gelatine is made from the clean skin of pigs from controlled organic farms.The peelings are collected from organic pig farms throughout Germany and several neighbouring countries and are then centrally processed in a controlled and specially certified gelatine production plant. Gelatine belongs to the coagulants. It can be used in cooking and confectionery to thicken watery mixtures such as creams and sauces and, depending on the amount used, it can also give more "stable" mixtures such as fruit jelly.
