The full flavor of this creamy vanilla ice cream is primarily due to fresh whole milk and cream without the addition of vegetable fats. It is scented with vanilla extract. And because there is never enough ice cream, it is packed in a 1 litre tube. We can enjoy it alone or in combination with fruit, nuts, caramel, or perhaps whipped cream.
