Tasting notes (11/01/2021): Old rose in colour, this Brut Rosé is characterised by an elegant and distinct bouquet. It offers tertiary notes of bread crust combined with delicate hints of fruit (wild strawberries) and spices. In the mouth, it has a pleasant freshness and good structure, with a seductive return of the fruity sensations and a savoury vein with a long persistence. Food & Wine: a rosé for the whole meal, excellent with raw or cooked shellfish and fish tartare. We recommend it with raw ham. Serve it in goblets of medium size, without flaring. Open at the moment, excellent at 6-8°C. Dialogue with art: an elegant woman, her face illuminated by a slight smile, how can one not think of the Mona Lisa or the Lady with an Ermine by Leonardo da Vinci and the many portraits of women from the 16th century in Italy. A perfect balance of elements, between art, culture and nature. Compared to the very elegant original sketch, made on a wooden board, we have only added a few touches of gold foil in the perlage, like slices of light that hint at the fine vivacity of the contents.
