It is collected in the pine forests of Northern Evia from September to November. This autumn harvest depends on the honeydew secretions of the insect marchalina hellinica known as the pine worker. It yields a highly nutritious honey rich in minerals and trace elements and many other important substances. Its colour is dark brown and its taste is full-bodied and sweet, with a characteristic heavy aroma.  Harvest area: North EviaCollection period: September - October
