Prepare 750g prawns. Cut through back shells with scissors. Peel off shells, leaving on heads and tails. Devein with sharp knife. Wash, rinse and let dry. 2. In a wok, bring 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil to high heat. 3. Add all the prawns and fry thoroughly. Empty the contents of this packet slowly and evenly over the prawns. 4. Stir -fry until done.
