The high Friulian plain guarantees a high night/day temperature range that enhances the aromas, perfumes and elegance of the grapes. The temperate climate is favourably affected by the presence of the Friulian Dolomites that shelter from the cold northern winds and facilitate the mitigating effect of the Adriatic Sea to the south.Vinification: Vinification is carried out by soft pressing of the grapes with rapid separation of the must from the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a temperature of 15-16 °C, followed by ageing on the lees for three months.Tasting: It is straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights. The nose surprises with a distinct citrus note accompanied by hints of jasmine, vegetable nuances of the field and finally almond. In the mouth, it is fresh and savoury with a final almondy note.Combinations: Antipasti and not too structured fish dishes, prosciutto San Daniele.
