Exposure: south-west. Location: Roddino Grape varieties: 100% Rhine Riesling Year of implantation: 2011 Average altitude: 510 m Average production/HA: 63 hectolitres Grape harvest: - third week of September Alcohol: 13,5% Vinification: Direct pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Refinement: after a few months in stainless steel on its own yeasts, the wine is bottled. Organoleptic characteristics: Langhe Riesling has a straw-yellow colour. Lemon peel and mango predominate on the nose, and vegetal hints (green leafy vegetables) can be perceived. In the mouth it is fresh with mineral aromas, full and persistent. It has hints of hydrocarbons, which promise good ageing of the wine. The finish is mineral, savoury with refreshing acidity.
